I got into real estate because I saw too many people get bad advice during the biggest financial decision of their lives. Four years and 41 transactions later, that still bothers me — and it still drives everything I do.

I'm a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Empire Real Estate Firm, based out of our Latham office at 298 Troy Schenectady Rd. I serve 56 communities across 8 counties in the Capital Region of New York — from Albany and Troy to Saratoga Springs, Schenectady, Glens Falls, and everywhere in between. If it's in the Capital Region, I probably know the neighborhood.

Most of my clients are first-time buyers, sellers who need a straightforward plan, and investors looking for properties that actually make sense on paper. My transaction history ranges from a $48K property in rural Schoharie County to a $465K sale in Albany — so I'm comfortable at every price point, not just the ones that look good on Instagram.

I answer my own phone. I don't hand you off to an assistant. When you text me at 9 PM because you're nervous about an inspection report, you're texting me — not a call center. I write my own market analyses and I walk every property before I recommend it. That's not a marketing line; it's just how I work.

I'm not the agent with the biggest team or the flashiest ads. I'm the one who picks up the phone, knows the comps, and tells you the truth even when it's not what you want to hear.
